Why Sharon
For more than three decades, I worked as a Registered Nurse, supporting people through high-stress, high-stakes moments when clarity mattered most.
What I learned is simple: prolonged stress changes how people think, how they sleep, and how they make decisions. Financial stress is no different.
Like many families, I lived through 9/11, the 2008 market crash, and the volatility of 2020, believing that putting everything into a 401(k) was “the responsible thing to do.” What most people were never taught is how much risk they were carrying, or what other options even existed.
